Free Shipping is offered to all US domestic addresses. Turn around time will be as quick as 4-6 weeks. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Sales

All sales are final and only qualify for a return if your item(s) is damaged/defective from the manufacturer or you were sent the wrong item. Store credit will be issued to your account. Shipping and handling fees are also non-refundable (if applicable), including all refused and unaccepted packages. Items must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn) with the original packaging to receive store credit or an exchange.

Damaged/defective

Damaged or defective items may be returned for SuuchiX credit.

Please contact us to notify us within 3 business days from the delivered date if any items are damaged or defective.

When contacting us regarding a damaged or defective item(s), please provide to us pictures of the damage (close-up and full shot), your invoice number, style number, color, size, and number of damaged or defective item(s). It can take 1-3 business days to investigate. The final RA approval will be done by the accounts team.

Incorrect Item(s)

Please contact us within 3 business days from the delivered date.

SuuchiX credit: If the accounts team approves, we will send you a return label and process a credit for the wrong item once it has been received.

Correct item to be reshipped: This will be based on product availability. If the product is no longer available, SuuchiX credit will be applied. Items that are sent outside of its original condition/packaging will not be accepted and will not be eligible for store credit.
